| The college students were studied for exploring the situation and relationship of their Personality Traits, Self-Awareness and Unfinished Business in this study.809college students from Fuzhou area were surveyed with EPQ-RSC, SSAS, and UBRS using the method of simple random sampling. The college students were studied for exploring the situation of their Personality Traits, Self-Awareness and Unfinished Business, the influence of their gender, grade, and professional on Personality Traits, Self-Awareness and Unfinished Business, and also the relationship and affecting path among college students’ Personality Traits, Self-Awareness and Unfinished Business. Through using the methods of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis, we analyzed the survey data. This paper gets the following conclusions:The college students’ Personality Traits, Self-awareness and Unfinished Business all had the significant gender, grade and professional division differences; The college students’ Personality Traits, Self-awareness and Unfinished Business had the Significant correlation. The Personality Traits was predicting the Unfinished Business, and the Self-Awareness was predicting the Unfinished Business, too; Personality Traits was the important factor for predicting the college students’Unfinished Business. Personality Traits not only could predict the Unfinished Business directly, but also could predict the Unfinished Business indirectly while adding the factor of Self-Awareness which as the intermediary variable. |
