Gounod is the most outstanding representatives of the19th century French opera composer. His opera "Faust" as a typical example of the French lyric opera has created a lyric opera of the first of its kind, to promote the popularity of lyric opera. He often use a unique melody and rhythm, appropriate accompaniment texture, harmony and the regularity of tonality conversion implying or creating a mood, atmosphere and unique music picture in the operas" Faust"," Romeo and Juliet" creation. Beautiful and lyrical melodies, subtle and romantic thoughts and feelings are not enough to describe the characteristics of lyric opera music. combined with a French native language, to promote the music’s lyricism to strengthen. The both operas "Faust" and "Romeo and Juliet" were often played in the Opera House stage of Europe and the United States enduring repertoires since its creation has been.This paper through the multi-angle multi-level, on Gounod diva characterization and sound processing analysis.Aims to dig out the actress figural music features as well as the heroine aria vocal character tics,to make up for domestic on Gounod and opera research. At the same time the ancient Gounod’s opera actress aria sound processing applied to vocal learning and singing, make due contributions to improve the lever of actress aria singing of Gounod opera. This thesis is divided into four chapters:the first chapter is the brief introduction of Gounod and the summary of his opera general characteristics,The second chapter with the famous operas of Gounod "Faust" and "Romeo and Juliet" for examples, on the basis of analysis of the creation background and story of two operas, emphatically on melody creation technique, accompaniment texture and harmony of the heroine aria, and sound out the use of tonality and application performance analysis of the arias of the operas image shape characteristics. This chapter analyzes a lot of information and therefore is the emphases of this chapter.Chapter Ⅲ, to two well-known arias, for example, different levels of analysis of the heroine’s voice processing features:First focus on the analysis and summarizes of sound processing characteristics, followed by processing through the different domestic and foreign singers singing. The analysis further highlights the heroine sound processing characteristics, and finally the concert of my own feelings. This chapter analyzes a lot of audios is the focus of chapters of the thesis.The fourth chapters, the previous chapter has analyzed and summarized the heroine aria and experience of my singing. We get inspiring in vocal learning and vocal music here, this chapter is a summary of the paper.
