| Yin Dongzhu and Shen Lianzhu are fighting poets, living at the end of the Ja panese imperialism rule. During their early years, they both used to live in Longjin g, studied in Japan and died before the liberation. They share the same background, but the literary comments on their works are totally different. This thesis studies o n the Yin Dongzhu’s119poems and Shen Lianzhu’s246poems. From the linguist ic perspective, it compares the characteristics of the styles of their poems by the st atistical analysis and comparative analysis.This thesis had a statistical analysis on the poems of Yin and Shen from phon ological, lexical and syntactical point of view. The results are as follows:Firstly, in the low phonemes, both of their styles are fairly smooth, but Yin us es more sonorants while Shen chooses more tight sounds and aspirated sounds. The refore, Yin’s poems are softer and more beautiful while Shen’s poems are stronger and tougher. In the middle phonemes, Yin uses more masculine vowels and monot hongs than Shen, so Yin’s poems are quicker and lovelier. In the top phonemes, Y in uses more resonance sounds while Shen uses more glottal stops. As a result, Yi n’s poems are more leisurely while Shen’s are stronger.Secondly, Yin uses more inherent words, while Shen uses more Chinese and1oanwords. So Yin’s poems are easy to be understood. At the same time, Yin uses more color words and onomatopoeias than Shen so that Yin’s poems are more vivi d.Thirdly, Yin uses more declarative sentences and interrogative sentences, while Shen uses more exclamation sentences and imperative sentences. As a result, Yin holds more euphemistic expressions while Shen expresses more directly.What’s more, this thesis also analyses the phonetic styles and article styles of t heir poems.All in all, the analysis are similar to the comments in literature perspective, na mely Yin’s poems are obvious and attractive, which shows feminine beauty, while Shen’s poems are vigorous, which performs masculine strength. |
