Objective: With the transformation of the medical model and social changes in thedemand for medical personnel, medical students into clinical because of the lack of clinicalthinking, exposing the many inadequacies of the medical colleges of education. This studywas designed to study Chinese medicine student diagnostic reasoning ability of law.Methods: From this side of the TCM diagnosis, investigation and analysis of selfquestionnaire diagnosis of the medical students, in order to explore the law of developmentof clinical diagnostic reasoning skills in medical students. Results: Diagnosis ofwell-structured problems, no statistically significant differences in undergraduate, graduateand Youth Chinese medicine practitioners, there are differences in the diagnosis of dysplasia,young Chinese medicine practitioners in graduate, graduate students in undergraduatestudents. Single symptoms or signs, the degree of contribution to the diagnosis of thedisease nonaggressive syndrome type mixed: single symptoms or signs of a diseasenonaggressive diagnostic specificity, is to determine the diseases, disease name or card-typekey factor for a disease syndrome type the diagnosis of certain symptoms or signs are theresult of the role. The main mode of thinking intuitive diagnostic reasoning model, a singlesymptom dialectical diagnostic reasoning model, primary and secondary symptomatologymode of reasoning, diagnostic symptom clusters of dialectical reasoning mode, assuming-vrify the five kinds of diagnostic reasoning model. Conclusion: TCM diagnostic mode ofreasoning the main influencing factors: the degree of specificity of the disease, the diseaseitself, the structural integrity of the degree, physicians clinical experience or not, theory of knowledge level. Clinical thinking ability of students, including not only professionalknowledge to learn and master, and more in practice, constantly improved. Assumptions-Verify the diagnostic mode of reasoning is more complete and mature diagnostic reasoningmodel. TCM clinical diagnosis of the development trend of the mode of reasoning, theundergraduate stage is to study the generation phase, begun to model at the graduate level,of the young Chinese medicine practitioner stage matures within and continue to improve.
