An Intellectual Study Of Bonhoeffer’s Christian Theology

Dietrich Bonhoeffer had developed the theology of Luther and Barth. He thought the image of God was in the secular world, pointed out the limitation of rationality, advocated to cope with the crisis of "God is died" by the non-religious belief. We will meet God once again when we find back the humility and the love of the secular world.The thesis think the theology of Bonhoeffer’s relationship between adult world,God,belief,which not only focus on the meaning of beyonding the significance but social reality, and base on realistic possibility more. Bonhoeffer believe that human life root in faith, any personal and social activities contrary to belief are unjust and shirking the responsibility of individual life and social life, refusing to take God’s Cross, having no courage to face the relationship of" I--You", these will be a deadly threat to the fate of human beings. Therefore, we must achieve the unity of human beings,God,faith on the limited existence of reality. Accordingly, in order to meet the human nature and moral spirit, in order to achieve social justice.
