Writ communication system in song dynasty is a series of writ posting andcommunication systems which are based on delivery post system. The barely maintains were disappeared completely after Meng (Yuan) forced into the region.To some extent, the long-run existence and operation of writ communicationsystem of southwest area in Song meets the needs of quick delivery of armyinformation. And with the writ communication organizations, there has become ainformation net distributed in every social corners, promotes the communication of allkinds of information. Meanwhile, many communication organizations of the systemlocated in main traffics and communication lines, and have influence on regionalpublic security. The writ communication system also has influence on regional publicsecurity with the construction regulations.
