The development of urban literature to the contemporary is not only a literature define, but a literature phenomenon, which concludes some literature connotation and value. Meanwhile, it shows the development of urban culture capacity. By virtue of the power of culture media, it creates a multilateral value by the mixture of urban literature and culture, which is lead to the need of urban and individual’s development. Whether the expression of urban desire, the construction of family relationship under the new situation, or the love and longing of the nature, which are dominated by urban culture and urban anxiety. With the improvement of social productivity, the development of modern city, and the unceasingly expansion of city scale, in order to adapt to the needs of social production, the female gradually began to separate from the family life so as to have more opportunities to participate in society, and have a more rich life. In contemporary female literature, urban female intellectual’s image is cultivated more and more rich and profound, which demonstrated from one aspect the female intellectual’s life reality and their claustrophobic contradictory inner world. Although intellectual women obtained new development in the city life, when they face the various choices, such as family, career, personal value, they have unknown and a strong psychic anxiety for the life, because of disordered values and uncertainty of the future.Since women’fate is close to love and marriage, this paper attempts to analysis the female performance of these mental anxiety disorders, based on the literature of urban female love and marriage, to come up the reason and solution of these mental disorder. The thesis is mainly discussed about female intellectual’s psychic anxiety problem from the three aspects.The first part focuses on the desire of Romantic relationship, and discusses female intellectual’s anxiety in the condition of chasing for desire in the marriage and love and repressing desire with two different psychological. People’s desire is diverse, such as the sexual desire, material desire, reputation desire etc, but which are always not be satisfied. When female intellectual face desire and temptation, some people chase the desire, and also lost in the desire, they escape from the anxiety with the desire, ultimately losing spirit and emptying emotions. Some others feel anxious and are at loose end, in the face of lost personal ideal, alluring same-gender values and suppressed self desire, but they always stick to their ideals and beliefs and explore in a predicament.The second part analyzed female intellectual’s trouble and anxiety in a relationship of marriage and love, from the differences of escaping from the city and discrepancy emotion between urban and rural, affected by lowing female intellectual social identity. Because of deficiency identity value and discrepancy psychological between urban and rural, this female intellectual face the dilemma about escaping from the city and returning the country in marriage life, they try to establish new values to overcome the psychic anxiety with the future’s hesitation between urban and rural.The third part is developed by family roles’confliction, mainly discusses the female intellectual’s inner change and spiritual confusion which is from bearing family role. As the society and family role, female intellectual are teachers, writers or white-collar workers, but more important is wife, mother, daughter. They bear more family obligations, compared to the men. Therefore, these roles also exerted a lot of pressure for them, especially when these roles are conflicted, they must balance all aspects of life in order to alleviate the psychological imbalance and anxiety.This paper elaborates the literary texts from three dimensions of desire, homesickness, and family bond, combining with the new age cultural context and tries to find the connotation of ill and new ideas for the urban people underneath the female intellectual anxiety. The conclusion summarizes the significance and inadequacy in analysis of the female intellectual’s psychological for the urban novels about love and marriage, and points that female intellectual should view a variety of psychiatric problems and anxiety in the life objectively, and construct the new value in the hope of looking for the larger development space.
