In recent years, as the students’ negative psychological-" burnout" more and moreconcerned in domestic and foreign education, psychology circles, There is new progress intheoretical and empirical studies of learning burnout.Related studies have also revealed thecollege graduates exists generally lack-ing of learning motivation, motivation is not clear, thenegative learning attitude and other phenomenon.So Researching on learning burnout hasbeen urgent In this study,330graduates separated from China University of Geosciences(Beijing)、 Beijing University of Science and Technology and Central University forNationalities participated as objects,we used “Questionnaires on Knowledge Values”“Questionnaires on Self-Regulated Learning”“Situational questionnaire of employmentanticipation” and “Investigation Form of Learning Burnout” Involved in descriptive statistics,correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to explore Beijinggraduates learning burnout, demographic differences,the relationships between the threewhich are knowledge values, self-regulation of learning and learning burnout, as well as theeffect of employment anticipation on learning burnout. The results show that:1.The problem of learning burnout is seriously in graduates. If lacking of enough andright education and guidance,the78.36﹪students who are in uncertain state particularly willget worse.2.There are no gender、grade and specialties main effects and interactions in learningburnout,but except specialties main effect in depersonalization.It is found that studentsmajored in science has a higher level burnout after post hoc comparison.There are nosignificant differences of learning burnout and three dimensions on Graduate types andTraining Pattern of graduate.3.Value of knowledge means and value of knowledge objectives have significantregression effect on learning burnout and knowledge values can predict learning burnout.Self-regulated learning is significant negatively related to learning burnout.Self-regulatedlearning can predict learning burnout.4.Self-regulated learning has moderating effect between value of knowledge means andemotional exhaustion;Self-regulated learning has moderating effect between knowledge valuation and depersonalization.5.Graduates’s employment anticipation is higher.Through regression analysis, There issignificant difference between the two groups. Employment anticipation can predict learningburnout.
