Known as the" poet of the piano Chopin Piano" and" King" Lester, wasnineteenth Century the important representative of the romantic music. Chopin’s lifewas short but great, he wrote 247 pieces of music works, in addition to the nineteensolo songs and a small amount of chamber music, other works for the piano musicworks, can be said that he was a piano masters. Lester and Chopin different is thathe doesn’t have his life energies were devoted to piano career, his music extensively,Piano Concerto, symphony, orchestral music, religious music and so are hisfootprints. Chopin and Lester’s music is not only in the history of European musicblew, but also in the whole world shine, their contribution to the music, no matterwhat time even for today’s music has a great influence.Chopin and Lester’s living environment and social background are run in thesame groove, two of them had shown beautifully musical ability, and to pursue theirideals in music in Paris. But because of different personality, making them two’smusic style diametrically opposite. Chopin tend to" soft", his shy, sensitive, musicmore inherited Bach reason and Mozart characterize rigor, works towards classicalmusic spirit, his works emotional, beautiful and touching. Lester tends to" just", hisoutgoing personality, passion, music of Beethoven inherited enthusiastic style, hisworks more heralded the arrival of Impressionism and modernism music works, theemotion exaggeration, bold and outspoken. Although they use different musiclanguage expressing human different feelings, different music content vent withdifferent inner passion, but is the same, their music in the perfusion of nation andunlimited love to the motherland sentimentally attached to.In this paper, literature research, comparative analysis of these three researchmethods and summarized. Finishing of books, papers and other information,classified and summarized as the theoretical basis of the paper; comparative analysisfrom the piano music of Chopin and Liszt in the national character, style,characteristics, performance practices, musical skills and aspects studies, comparative analysis of their piano music "soft" and "just" creative approach;summarize the overall characteristics of the piano music of Chopin and Liszt make.Through the exposition of this article, enable us to a deeper understanding of theartistic style of Chopin and Liszt Piano Music, playing to provide a theoretical basisfor the future of piano teaching.
