The research about the "Ba" sentence is a hot issue in the Chinese research. The research about the "Ba" sentence is always studied and is discussed. Ontology research has achieved good results, but the research about acquisition of "Ba" is also insufficient. From the syntactic and semantic perspectives, we study syntactic acquisition and semantic acquisition of Mandarin-speaking children.And we try to explain about this.This paper is composed of5parts. Part1is to recall the preceding studies on the ontology research of "Ba" sentence and acquisition research of "Ba" sentence, to present my research motivations and ideas. This part also illustrates the theories and methods, the objects of research and the source of data we use in this paper. Part2describe the development of the "Ba" sentence in syntax and construction of "’Ba" sentence. Part3describe the development of the "Ba" sentence in semantic. Part4is to explore children "Ba" sentences development transformation ability, in order to reveal children with "Ba" and patient agent sentences, verb-object structure relation. Part5is to compare Chinese children and foreign learners’biased errors about acquisition of the "Ba" sentence, in order to reveal the characteristics of children’s acquisition of the "Ba" sentence.Children from the syntactic point of view to classify "Ba" sentence. We get the acquisition sequence of the type of "Ba" sentence structure, as well as children often use "Ba" Sentence structure type. Classification from the semantic aspect, we get the the semantic acquisition sequence of "Ba" sentence. Base on construction theory and usage construction theory, we are to explain the process of children’s acquisition "Ba" sentence.
