In vocal music performances, there is an issue of one’s voice which is usually to be described "loose" or "tight". In this thesis of“theory of vocal music“loose”and“tight”,tell us what is the meaning of the loose and tight ,"loose" means relax and the "tight" means intensity. This article is based on predecessors’experiences, my continuous learning, accumulation, hard training. And I put it into practice to find out the way of their expression in all the circumstances of performance. We will discuss it from the problems which every learner of vocal music would come across and deal with. This thesis will show us a greadtly detailed demonstration which mostly demonstrated several causations of nervous in the vocality perform and how to use the loose in the vocality perform.In Chapter One, we talk about the four major reasons of tension, which are confined to basic skills, physical factors, psychological factors and environmental factors. Through the analysis of these four reasons, we can find out and summarize the method to overcome problems. And by setting examples, we will argue the importance of solve and overcome problems. In Chapter Two, the main idea is to make singers relax in a performance of vocal music but not slack through various training sessions. In Chapter Three, the main idea is the use of works in concert and it discovers mutual relationship of“loose”and“tight”during one performance. It discusses in detail how to overcome the tension to be relaxed and how to relax. Thereby it will enable the artist in the usual practice of singing constantly to understand and master the theory of "loose" and "tight", so as to improve the skills of vocal music more effectively.
