Wagner is one of 19 century outstanding German musicians,he is always a controversial musician in western music history. Parsifal is the last one of his operas, and there are many positive and negative comments on it. As the nineteenth century opera reformer, Wagner’s the last work plays a good role in summarizing in his personal music creation process. This work is not only integrated Wagner’s "Musikdrama" concept, but also contains the rich ideological implications. Through studying this work the author try to have a comprehension of the style of Wagner’s old age, and his all operas creation.Through the analysis of Parsifal, we can know Wagner’s philosophy, German mysticism, Schopenhauer philosophy, Christian and Oriental religious thought it. So the author looked at evaluation of Parsifal on personal point of view.This paper uses many kinds of research method of combining the form, including biographical criticism methods, ontological criticism methods and sociology criticism methods. Through the comparison of Parsifal, other Wagner opera works and other involved ones in the original script and analysis of the leading motives opera, we can analyze Wagner’s outlook on life and world view from different points of view, and dig out the ideological implications of Parsifal.
