In2003, the Central Government and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region signed the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement With the gradual implementation of CEPA, the Mainland film market has fully opened to Hong Kong, Hong Kong films have began to be included in the recognition areas of the state system, the two co-production modes have been changed fundamentally while promoted the comprehensive development of the Mainland film market. However, all walks of life have issued the doubts and anxiety of the tastes lost of Hong Kong film.In this regard,with all the related data integration and text analysis from this paper, we have made a new way of thinking of the " taste lost of Hong Kong", as well as in the close connection with the study of culture and industry level, summed up cultural compromises through the process after the co-production era and the domestic co-productions up to the north and further discussed economical and cultural policies in order to adapt the mainland market. Also what methods have Hong Kong film makers been tried in marketing level which promoted the development of the domestic co-productions.The study found that in the deep sense of "Hong Kong taste" is referred to "adaptable" and "inclusive". Hong Kong films going northward is in the process of cultural compromise covered with three levels "the time and space and type "," the narrative structure","the identification ".Whereas the fundamental reason fo the cultural compromise are the commercial and the marketability of Hong Kong film. Therefore, the "taste" of Hong Kong has not been changed. The market has always been the only "benchmark" of the Hong Kong films. As for the industrial level, the paper has selected two successful marketing case of Peter Chan’s, revealing two industrial mode in explorations and breakthroughs of the Hong Kong film made in"cooperation with the Mainland film company " and in " self-marketing ". This compromises and explores under the level of "cultural compromise" and "industrial marketing", it is the successful model of domestic co-productions which continues to thrive.It has been proved that the maturity of the domestic system of co-productions is under the correct grasp of the Mainland market and policy rules which also organically integrate of cultural compromise and industrial marketing.It has been effectively bridged the political and cultural gaps of Mainland and Hong Kong film, and ultimately achieve the blend realm of" You and me are interlocked ".
