We made an summary of the corresponding relationship of Axel Schuessler Chinese-Tibetan homologous words, in order to summarise rules or problems and establish a system of the corresponding laws of initial and final for the foundation of further research.The first chapter of my paper, we sum up system of Old Chinese and Tibetam made by Axel Schuessler. We find out:1.There are75consonants including39consonant clusters in Axel Schuessler’s Old Chinese system.2. zhi至,dui队,ji祭have been separated as Old Chinese qusheng.3there is69vowels including14rimes in Axel Schuessler’s Tibetan system..4.there is a’,which is corresponding to-a(?),-(?)h of Old Chinese.The second and third chapter,we sort out and analyse all the Sino-Tibetan homologous items appearing in ABC Etymological Dictionary of Old Chinese made by Axel Schuessler. We get these conclusions:1.He found1082sino-tibetan cognate words that predecessors have not discovered;2.Old Chinese xiao宵has tibetan cognate words;3.In Axel Schuessler’s system of Tibetan,1is main vowel.The forth chapter of my paper we affirm that the achievements and contributions of Axel Schuessler in Old Chinese and the sino-tibetan comparative linguistics field.
