According to visual aesthetic related of the City Crowd, this paper aims to systematic research from three aspects:First, take the visual aesthetic phenomenon appears as the breakthrough point; Second, these diachronic phenomenon on the whole the implied aesthetic features induction; Third, the behind causes which of the aesthetic phenomenon and aesthetic features.For contemporary city crowd visual aesthetic phenomenon, the author based on the Chinese contemporary aesthetic culture, and the selection of aesthetic subject three types of urban cultural life phenomenon as the breakthrough point to embark on a present, respectively (1) Body costumes aesthetic changes of the City Crowd;(2) Electronic media aesthetic rheology of the City Crowd;(3) Travel forms aesthetic changes of the City Crowd. The three kinds of aesthetic phenomenon change have specific point respectively, aiming to through the visual aesthetic changes of the city crowd life phenomenon, to shows the great changes of the visual aesthetic object of the City Groups since the Reform and Opening, also drawn out the aesthetic features behind it. So, to the visual aesthetic characteristics of the contemporary city crowd, From the point of author’s view that visual aesthetic which of contemporary urban groups has highlighted the following features:(1) The rising game sex between consumer behavior and aesthetic choice;(2) The changes rapidly sex about the aesthetic trend;(3) The diversity of interaction between the aesthetic group. Therefore, it is in the comprehensive effect of the aesthetic activities, the contemporary urban crowd take the phenomenon of the consumer life gradually amplified to the whole era of the present, and in the whole aesthetic dilemma shows the multiple development trend.For the cause analysis about city crowd visual aesthetic phenomena and its characteristics in the Consumer Age, the author mainly discussed its from three dimensions, respectively:(1) Social context for the transformation of the environment;(2) The intermediary for the visual aesthetic object update constantly;(3) The essence of the human instinct for the aesthetic subject. That is the change of the environment as the premise, and the development of the intermediary for the bridge, and the externalization of the nature as the core, take this dimension for the cause analysis and investigation of visual aesthetic about the contemporary urban population. So, through the systematic analysis of the foregoing, the author thinks that the visual aesthetic activities of consumer age city crowd in the form of consumer behavior is as the main performance, through the aesthetic subject generalization of emotion "human instinct" constantly to promote it, then in the overall aesthetic dimension is more and more a game of the development trend. Therefore, with the aid of the limited analysis and the ponder, expect provides some rational value enlightenment for the aesthetic culture practice of the currently city crowd.
