Public service advertising, in relation to the social public interests, uses thestraightaway formal language to propagandize and educate. It could help people to changeand improve the Social Ethics Consciousness. Public service advertising reflects popularpolitical consciousness and moral level from the side view, which is also very important tomaintain a harmonious relationship all around and has been increasing interest for moreand more people.There are many mediums for the spread of Public service information now, however,the function of public service advertising is much harder to ignore. Graph, as one ofartistic elements of two dimensions public-service advertising, does not follow aconsistent pattern in the form of expression, which graphic language should have visualesthetic sense and accord with modern aesthetic taste, that is to say, it’s form should bechanged according to the development of the times, which is paving the way for touchingpeople’s heart and gaining attention and made watcher to be intrigued by the graph of twodimensions public-service advertising naturally,while playing a part of education andcaution and spreading public service information.This Paper, from the angle of graphic language, takes emotion as key point and makesselective analysis to the design performance of painterly graphic language in twodimensions public-service advertising, meanwhile discussing emotional characteristics ofthe painterly graphic language itself in depth and using the affective characteristics andformal expression of the painterly graphic language itself into the design performance ofpainterly graphic language in two dimensions public-service advertising, which makes thewatchers and the graphic language in the two dimensions public-service advertising intocognitive consonance and conforms to the long-term interest of public.The design performance of painterly graphic language is plentiful in two dimensionspublic-service advertising, so we should search after the Optimized form to express thetheme of public-service, sedulously analyze and research it, and teach it through livelyactivities, promoting the better development of society.
