George Orwell, the English 20th century literary genius, his works had fiction,reviews, essays, news reports, and the most famous is political allegory novelAnimal Farm and 1984. From its inception, these two works have been translatedinto 60 languages, printed publication more than 40 million copies. In the works,Orwell use of sharp satirical art, merciless criticism to expose all aspects of politicaland other critics called“a solemn conscience of a generation”, he realized his ideal:political writing into an art.Animal Farm and 1984 Orwell in his later years written works changed theprevious form of documentary reports by fictional fable to satirize social and realizethe prophecy of the future. Use of satirical art techniques, such as contrast,exaggeration, a symbol of absurdity, etc., expressed through these satire of ironicmockery of the totalitarian political, human emotions, modern technology and theentire value of life and also demonstrates outstanding Orwell satirical talents andliterary attainments. In this paper, the origin and development of the pulse satiricalart, based in the UK Ironically, the traditional basis of these two major works for textanalysis to analyze two aspects of satire and irony object Orwell’s satirical art.
