Clinical Study About The Effect Of Shu Gan Yi Shen Yin On Treating Liver-repress And Kidney-deficiency Non-infectious Urethral Syndrome

Objectives:To observe the clinical effects of shu gan yi shen Yin on patiens with liver-repressal and kidney-deficiencial(LRKD) non-infectioua urethral syndrome(NIUS).Method:40 patients with (LRKD) of NIUS from January 2006 to January 2007 were selected and divided into two groups randomly (treatment group and western medicine control group), and treated with shu gan yi shen yin、Nitrazepamum、Oryzanol Tablets and Nitrazepamum、Oryzanol Tablets respectively for four weeks, Chinese medical syndromes and so on were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (p<0.01),The total effective rate of Chinese medical syndromes was 95% in the treatment and 70% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01), significant difference was found that treatment group is better than western medicine control group.Conclusion:shu gan yi shen yin is a effective prescription to the patient with LRKD of the NIUS.
