Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of treating active gastric ulcer with the Ultrafine Particles of gan-wei-bai-he DecoctionMethod:Totally 60 cases of active gastric ulcer were divided into two groups at random,the treatment group was 30 patients,the control group was 30 patients.Based on anti-Hp standard therapy (western medicine Omeprazole capsules, metronidazole tables,Clarithromycin or Amoxicillin capsules,the latter tow medicines were used two weeks), the treatment group was treated with the Ultrafine Particles of gan-wei-bai-he Decoction.The therapeutic course for both groups was 6 weeks.The change of effect、hp eradication rate and condition of the healing of ulcer were tested after treatment when two treatments ended.Result:(1)to observe by gastroscope the healing of ulcer that have undergone curing periods of 6 weeks respectively, the effect of treatment group was not better than the control group (p>0.05);(2)Both groups could induce present Hp infection and the effect of treatment group was the same to control group in eradication rate of hp;(3)The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%, while control group was 80.0%,the therapeutic effective of treatment group was not better than that of control group (p>0.05);(4)Both groups could improve the patients’clinical symptoms,and the effects of treatment group was better than control group in the secondary clinical symptoms(p<0.05);(5)There are no side effect in this Clinical Study.Conclusion:Ultrafine Particles of gan-wei-bai-he Decoction is a safe and effective drug of treating active gastric ulcer.
