Research Into The Syndrome Of Chai Hu Li Zhong Tang

Objective：Chaihulizhong tang was created by Professor Men Jiuzhang who is a famousdoctor, it is composed of ten herbs including chaihu, huangqin, jiangbanxia,pianjianghuang, baizhu, fling, dangshen, zhigancao, shengjiang, dazao.Researching in thesyndrome of chaihulizhong tang makes the the relation of both prescription and syndromemore clear、objective、and、accurate，which can supply related information for furtherstandardization of research and guilding clinical practice．Methods：Above all,this research gathered relevant materials about xiaochaihu tang andprescription-syndrome to generalize the syndrome of xiaochaihu tang, the progress ofprescription-syndrome. Secondly, collecting outpatient chaihulizhong tang cases from2011.7to2011.12, which include patients’ information, primary diseases, symptoms,signs,added herbs and so on, are all statistically analyzed.Finally,the research adopt thegolden section as division point to analysis for getting relationship between prescriptionand syndrome of chaihulizhong tang.Results：The result shows that the The research also indicates that:this prescription isused to treat the digestive system disease,nervous system disease,as well as endocrinesystem disease,and the main symptoms of the disease are epigastric bloating(stomachache),bitter taste and dry feeling in the mouth, burnout, insomnia, dizziness, headache, nausea,vomit, constipation, cold, perspiration,loss of appetite,pale tongue with white coating andtaut、thin pulse.Conclusion：Chaihulizhong tang and xiaochaihu tang have the same strain,their focal pointwas attending the function of spleen and stomach.which can strengthen the function ofspleen,remove the water and phlegmand, mediate the qi of liver andstomach.In addition,the compatibility of baizhu, fuling, pianjianghuang are discussed in this text.Thecompatibility of baizhu and fuling along with dangshen, zhigancao, shengjiang, dazao isthe classic combination,using for strengthen the function of spleen.The pianjianghuangplay a role of mediate the qi of liver and gallbladder along with chaihu, huangqin.
