The Effect Of Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe On The Expression Of MCP-1and IL-13of Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis In Rats

Objectives: The aim of this research is through odserved affect HuazhuoJiedu Recipe on ColⅠ、Col Ⅲ、IL-13、MCP-1from hepatic fibrosis in ratsof DMN, Assessing regulating effects of Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe on hepaticfibrosis rats. And then to explore the mechanism of Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe onhepatic fibrosis. To provide targets of Modern pharmacology for cure ofhepatic fibrosis with Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe.As the prescription isconformance to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, providing thetheoretical basis of Molecular biology for further experiments.Methods:Seventy male SD rats, weighted200±20g,after Experimentalfeeding were randomly divided into six groups: normal group,liver fibrosismodel group,HJR high dose group, HJR middle dose group, HJR low dosegroup and biejia group. Except the normal control group，other groups werecaused hepatic fibrosis by injected1%DMN10mg·kg^－1.Three times for firstweek （once a day）,two times for next five weeks （once a day）,thirteen times inall. At the beginning of the twice and forth weekends, execute five rats fromthe normal group and the liver fibrosis model group,then observe the liverpathological change, the model successfully created after four weeks fromexperiment. The model was determined by HJR(1.35，2.7，5.4mg·kg^－1)through intragastric administration for4weeks． The biejia group wasdetermined by biejia pian (1.45mg·kg^－1) through intragastric administrationfor4weeks．The normal group and the liver fibrosis model group wasdetermined by Physiological saline （10mg·kg－1） through intragastricadministration for8weeks．Measure the content ofMCP-1、IL-13withenzyme-linked immunosorbentassay from plasma and ColⅠ、Col Ⅲwithreverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction from fresh liver tissue.
