The accent method, as an important method of speech disorder, has been widely used. Its efficacy has also been recognized by many people. Currently, people still use multidimensional assessment to monitoring its efficacy. Multidimensional assessment can’t directly reflect the ability of the coordination of the speech production systems. Accent method has not been widely known to people in China yet, and the research of clinical practice and outcome of it almost hasn’t been carried out.Based on the current problems, this study aims to:(1) find the acoustic parameters which can directly reflect the coordination of respiration and phonation by analyzing the correlativity between the acoustic parameters of warble tone/i/and respiratory or phonation;(2) develop the reference standard of2-15year-old normal children of warble tone acoustic parameters;(3) find the acoustic characteristic of the coordination of respiration and phonation of2-15year-old children with spastic cerebral palsy by comparing with the normal children with the same gender and age, and to provide more targeted intervention programs and quantifiable indicators to the clinical rehabilitation of the patience with in-coordination of respiration and phonation;(4) verify the sensitivity of the warble tone acoustic parameters in a clinical trail. The main results include:(1) warble tone acoustic parameters T and MFR can reflect the coordination of respiration and phonation directly;(2) the average T value of children with spastic cerebral palsy is lower than normal children on the level of significance, while the average MFR value of children with spastic cerebral palsy is higher than normal children on the level of significance;(3) T and MFR of children with different gender have no significant difference;(4) T and MFR of children in different age are significant different; to both normal children and children with spastic cerebral palsy, T values increase and MFR decrease with age; T values and MFR values of spastic cerebral palsy children tend to increase with age, and become normalization;(5) T and MFR are verified to be sensitive in monitoring the efficacy of accent method.
