Yipiqilian Decoction In The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidkdey Of Diabetic Nephropathy Research

Purpose:In this study, by observing the spleen Qi decoction on diabetic nephropathy (DKD) patients before and after TCM Hou and urinary protein, urinary albumin, blood lipids, blood flow changes and other clinical indicators of change, spleen Qi decoction of Chinese medicine treatment assess the efficacy of diabetic nephropathy and to explore the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Methods:Select the60cases DKD spleen qi deficiency patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group30cases,30cases on the basis of the basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with spleen Qi decoction, daily one. The control group was treated with a5nephritis rehabilitation tablets,3times a day. Treatment for8weeks before and after treatment were observed in patients with syndromes,24-hour urinary protein excretion, urinary albumin, blood lipids, blood flow changes, for statistical analysis, to determine efficacy.efficacy.Results:The clinical study found that after8weeks, two groups of TCM syndromes compared to treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment group of24-hour urinary protein and urinary albumin reduced significantly different (P<0.05), the control group decreased significantly, statistically significant (P <0.05) between the two groups was significant difference (P <0.05); comparison of efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment, the treatment group was significantly superior in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Spleen Qi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of early DKD.2.Spleen Qi decoction can improve the early DKD patients with lipid levels.3.Spleen Qi decoction can reduce patients with early DKD24hours urine protein and urine albumin level.
