Objective:By detecting of fetal right heart tissue Doppler Tei index and fetal ductus venosus blood flow parameter of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, to reflect the function of the fetal right ventricular function directly and fetal right ventricular diastolic indirectly, to understand the fetal right ventricular function and fetal right ventricular diastolic function effect for infants, to monitor maternal and tetal during pregnancy and to provide the basis for treatment evaluation. Methods:There were92cases of pregnant women with hypertension(Divided into three groups of severe preeclampsia, mild preeclampsia, gestational hypertension) were detected by right heart tissue Doppler Tei index and color doppler, there were60cases with gestational age matched normotensive pregnant women with fetal were deteced tissue Doppler Tei index and color doppler ductus venosus blood flow spectrum. The parameters of tissue Doppler Tei index including the Isovolumetric contraction time(ICT), the Ejection time(ET), and Isovolumic relaxation time(IRT), compared the changes of several groups’s fetal right heart tissue Doppler Tei index, evaluated the fetal right ventricular function directly. The parameters of ductus venosus blood flow including the pulsatility index (PI), the resistance index (RI) pre-load index (PLI) and S/A ratio, compared the changes of several groups’s fetal ductus venosus doppler parameters, evaluated the fetal right ventricular diastolic function indirectly. Results:Compared the Tei index of mild preeclampsia group and normal control group, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05); Compared the Tei index of severe preeclampsia and normal controls, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01); Compared the Tei index of severe preeclampsia and mild preeclampsia group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); Compared the Tei index of gestational hypertension group and normal control group, there were no significant differences(P>0.05); Observated the fetal right heart tissue Doppler Tei index with severe preeclampsia after treatment in24and72hours and the index were lower than before treatment.Compared the mild preeclampsia group and normal control group parameters, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared severe preeclampsia and normal controls parameters, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); compared the severe preeclampsia and mild preeclampsia group parameters, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared the gestationsl hypertension group and normal control group, there were no significant difference (P>0.05); observated the fetal ductus venosus parameters with severe preeclampsia after treatment in24h and72hours and the parameters were lower than before treatment; compared the incidence of the mild and severe preeciampsia patients with venous catheter backward wave, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The fetal right heart tissue Doppler Tei index and fetal ductus venosus detection may be qualitative or quantitative assessment of fetal right ventricular function and right ventricular diastolic function, to provide the basis for treatment for clinical treatment and evaluation..
