The Clinical Observation Of Tongfuqingqiao Decoction Treats The Acute Ischemic Stroke (Phlegm-Heat Fu-Excess Syndrome)

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Tongfuqingqiao Decoction inacute ischemic stroke (Phlegm-heat Fu-excess Syndrome), throughthe total efficacy,TCM symptoms score, NIHSS score, MRS score, toget clinical curative evaluation of Tongfuqingqiao Decoction in thetreatment of acute ischemic stroke (Phlegm-heat Fu-excessSyndrome).Methods1Clinical data84patients of this study is from August2011to August2012Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of ChineseMedicine encephalopathy inpatients. Onset time in2weeks, TCMdiagnosis reference apoplexy (Phlegm-heat Fu-excess Syndrome)diagnostic criteria, the diagnostic criteria of the the Westerndiagnostic reference to the “acute ischemic stroke treatmentguidelines2010”, will comply with the inclusion criteria of caseswere randomly divided for the treatment group,42cases in thecontrol group42cases, the statistical analysis, the two groupsof patients in terms of gender, age, duration of disease, cerebral infarction site, Stroke subtype were not statistically different(P>0.05), comparable.2Treatment Method Both treatment group and the control groupwere treated with routine western medicine combined withtraditional Chinese medicine injections improve circulationtreatment, the treatment group was given on the basis of Tongfuorifices soup (Dahuang10g, Dannanxing10g, Gualou10g, Zhishi10g,Shichangpu6g, Yujin10g, Houpo10g, Zhigancao6g), twice a day of200ml, for14d.3Efficacy evaluation After14days of treatment, strokeefficacy criteria, the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptom scoringcriteria, the NIHSS score standard MRS scoring criteria, the dataof the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.4Statistical method Using SPSS16.0statistical package fordata analysis, measurement data between samples were compared usingthe t test, count data using the chi-square test level data Wilcoxontest was used.Results1.Total effect of stroke: Comparison of efficacy of the basictreatment group3were cured,23cases markedly effective in13cases,5cases ineffective, the total effective rate was88.10%;control group basic recovery in2cases,10cases markedly effectivein21cases,9cases, the total efficiency of78.57%. The totaleffective rate statistically significant difference (P <0.05), thetreatment group than the control group.2.Chinese medicine symptom scores: before treatment was14.10±5.36,7.60±2.12after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05) before and after treatment. Control group before treatmentwas14.80±6.23,10.10±2.60after treatment, a significantdifference (P <0.05) before and after treatment. Two groups ofpatients TCM syndrome score,t-test,t=2.266,P=0.036, statisticallysignificant, the TCM symptoms rated the efficacy of the treatmentgroup than the control group.3.NIHSS score:Treat group before treatment was10.40±3.06,after treatment was6.80±1.81，were significantly different (P<0.01) before and after treatment. Control group before treatmentwas11.40±3.20, after treatment was8.60±1.90, a significantdifference(P <0.05)before and after treatment. Two groups ofpatients NIHSS score, statistically significant, the efficacy ofthe treatment group than the control group.4.MRS score: Two groups of patients MRS score, statisticallysignificant, the efficacy of the treatment group than the controlgroup.ConclusionTongfuqingqiao Decoction treating ischemic stroke(Phlegm-heat Fu-excess Syndrome) the acute phase of clinicalefficacy significantly, can effectively improve the TCM syndromescore, clinical NIHSS score and MRS score efficacy than the controlgroup. The party reflect tongfu inducing resuscitation in acuteischemic stroke cycle applications, joint clinical routine westernmedicine can achieve a more satisfactory outcome. This study isstill inadequate, as observed cases did not undergo strict TCMgrouping comparison, and a limited number of cases, the onlytreatment of this disease a preliminary study, to be to expand the number of cases the line further study.
