The Literature Study On To Treat Depression Syndrome From The Respect Of The Lungs

Depression syndrome caused by emotional frustraton,depressi on and stagnation of qi. Gernerally,many people treatment depression syndrome from the respect of the liver and the spleen, some one from the respect of the heart and the kidneys,lillle from the respect of the lungs.To broaden the mentality on treatment of depression syndrome, this presentation wrote. It is equal that to study which zang and fu organs have a familiar relationship with depression syndrome, and to study which zang and fu organs closely related with transportation of qi and emotion, if from the respect of zang and fu organs. This presentation believe depression syndrome could be treat from the respect of lungs and investigate from the following three points:firstly, the lungs rule qi. Lungs and the up and down of qi closely re la ted, lungs and the formation and transportation of ying qi,wei qi and zong qi closely related. Lungs disseminate essence, rule and transport qi inmeridian. The relationship between lungs and the transportation of qi is respecially close than other single zang organ(or fu organ).Secondly, there is a special relationship between lungs and emotion.Lungs correspond to two kind of emotion, sorrow and worry,which are usually emotional symptom of depression syndrome. And it is only a single zang organ correspond to two kind of emotion. Thirdly, traditional Chinese medicine usually use pungent herbal medicine to treat depression syndrome. Pungent herbal medicine, in, traditional Chinese medicine theory, correspond to lungs.We believe depression syndrome could be treat from the respect of lungs base on the upper three.The method we use include literature research and statistical analysis.We adopt researches before on depression syndrome from conception, etiology, pathogenesis, classification and treatment,etc.We demonstrate the feasibility on the treatment of depression syndrome from lungs towards philology and traditional Chinese medicine theory, list what kind of depression syndrome could be treat from the respect of the lungs and give medical cases and prescription s-syndromes as ex amp le s. Then we analysis and summerise some principles and methods on treatment of depression syndrome.Our conclusions are:depression syndrome is proper be treat from the respect of the lungs when discomfort in chest,gastral cavity and back, emotion(sorrow or worry) and disorder in cun pulse exist.This symptoms represent disorder in transportation of the lungs qi.The principles on treatment of depression syndrome can be classified as three points:disseminating the lungs qi,moistening the lungs-yin and both of the two. Disseminating the lungs qi can be classified as to treat only from the lungs (disseminating the lungs qi and clearing heat, ascending and descending the lungs qi, disseminating the lungs qi and dissolve blood stasis, disseminating the lungs qi and transporting yang-qi)and to treat from the lungs and other zang-fu organs (stagnation of the liver qi but treat from the lungs qi, to treat from both the lungs and the liver and to treat from both the lungs and the spleen). Moistening the lungs-yin can be classified as moistening the lungs and the hear t,by nourishing the spleen to nourish the lungs and nourishing yin and discharging heat.Not only it is feasible to treat depression syndrome from the respect of lungs,but also indispensable.
