At present, the damage compensation mechanism in our country about adverse drug reactions has not yet been established, and victims could not get relevant compensation, as a result medical disputes increase, which has affected the social harmony and stability. In recent years, the victims in Zhuanghe City continuously appeal for compensation to relevant government departments because of damage of adverse drug reactions, so the establishment of compensation mechanism for adverse drug reactions injuries becomes urgent.Firstly, this paper researches on the background and significance of compensation mechanism establishment for adverse drug reactions, introduces the present situation of the establishment damage compensation system of adverse drug reactions by domestic and foreign scholars about and makes comments on it. In this paper, the definitions and explanations of adverse drug reactions and its compensation provides the theory basis; Secondly, this paper analyses the current processing situation of adverse drug reactions injuries in Zhuanghe City, and points out the regulations, organizations, funding sources, compensation standards and other aspects applied in order to show the necessity and the urgency to establish the compensation mechanism for adverse drug reactions in Zhuanghe City; Then, damage compensation mechanism of adverse drug reactions established in other countries and regions provides reference for Zhuanghe and fund mode of establishment of adverse drug reactions proves the feasibility of fund mode analysis; Finally, concrete countermeasure plan of damage compensation on adverse drug reactions in Zhuaghe City has been proposed and specific content and suggestion have been given.
