| Objective:To observe the expression of Ang-2and VEGF in plasma in patients with peri menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding or endometrial cancer and to discuss its pathogenesis in the two kind of diseases. Methods:We randomly selected40cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with fasting peripheral blood samples as group1, selected blood samples of the20cases of endometrial cancer as group2,the blood samples of11normal healthy female in menstrual period was taken as control group, using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, plasma ELSIA) to observe the expression of Ang-2and VEGF in experimental group and control group.Result:The concentration of Ang-2and VEGF in group1in plasma were290.72±76.47ng/Lã€2269.26±1505.61ng/L, and were430.08±220.63ng/L,4817.49±476.99ng/L in group2. In the control group, the concentration of Ang-2and VEGF were218.05±37.49ng/L3588.07±1625.77ng/L. The concentration of Ang-2in group1in plasma was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01), the the concentration of VEGF was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the concentration of Ang-2and VEGF were higher than those in the control group. The expression of Ang-2and VEGF was positively correlated in control group (r=0.773. P<0.01). Compared with control group there was a poor correlation between Ang-2and VEGF (r=0.587, P<0.01) in group1, there was a significant con-elation between Ang-2and VEGF (r=0.802, P<0.01) in group2.Conclusion:The imbalance of the expression of Ang-2and VEGF which lead to the changes in endometrial microenvironment was related with the pathogenesis of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and endometrial cancer. |
