Objective:To research the incidence in children of the post-traumatic stress disorder after debris flow disaster of Zhou Qu, and Analyzing the influence factors, estimate the condition of the children’s ego resilience and its influence factors, discusses the relationship between the post-traumatic stress disorder and children’s ego resilience. to provide scientific basis for predict the incidence of the post-traumatic stress disorder and take the effective measures of psychological intervention.Methods:there are596students were selected with the method of random cluster sampling to be investigated with general condition survey scale, children ego resilience scale and post-traumatic stress disorder and screening of questionnaire, eventually get592valid questionnaires. with SPSS17.0data analysis. There are severals statistical methods be used descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, chi-square test, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, etc.Result:There are45students were PTSD screening positive group, accounting for7.60%of the total number, and15meal students, accounting for2.53%of the total number, there are30female students, accounting for5.07%of the total number, The females in the PCL-C scale scores very significantly higher than the average score of male, in PTSD screening negative group, the females average scores are significantly higher than average males, and higher than the average. There are deferences between male and female in PCL-C scale score significantly (P<0.05); There are no significant differences between Male and female in resilience scale score. PTSD positive group psychological screening elastic total cent and factors points were significantly lower than negative groups (P<0.05), there are significant differences between the total score and mental flexibility, PTSD total score is a significant negative correlation, Namely,the score of children’s resilience scale is higher that the incidence of PTSD is lower, and the lower of the children’s resilience scores that the higher the incidence of PTSD.Conclusion:resilience be used as predictors of incidence of PTSD.
