ObjectiveAgainst myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury two main paths passageway, the joint use of recombinant adenovirus-mediated sCRl and sTNFRl of reperfusion pretreatment, explore synergy against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and its mechanism of joint application.MethodsThe first part of the experiment:Thirty female SD rats, randomly divided into three groups (n=10):(1) Sham-operated group;(2) Ischemia/reperfusion mode group;(3) Ad-sCRl/sTNFRl group. Pretreatment modeling is completed after2weeks to do the detection of blood and myocardial tissue.The second part of the experiment:Fifty female SD rats, randomly divided into five groups (n=10):(1)Sham-operated groups;(2)Ischemia/reperfusion model group;(3)Ad-Scrl groups;(4) Ad-sTNFRl group;(5)Ad-sCRl/s TNFRI group. Pretreatment modeling is completed after2weeks to do the detection of blood and myocardial tissue.ResultsResults of first part of the experiment:Ad-sCRl/sTNFRl can myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat serum of LDH, CK and MDA decreased significantly, SOD in significantly higher (P<0.01), Ad-sCRl/sTNFRl enable Cx43expression, distribution and improved significantly better than the model group and close to the normal group;Results of second part of the experiment:Ad-sCRl and Ad-sTNFRl can myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat serum of LDH, CK and MDA decreased significantly, SOD in significantly higher; The Ad-sCR1and the Ad-sTNFRl group rat myocardial tissue lesions to a lesser extent; Each raised pretreated plasma and tissue levels of sTNFRl expression, Inhibited the expression of TNF-, The Ad-sCR1/sTNFRl set of results than Ad-SCRl and the Ad-sTNFRl group were significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion1.
