Objective MicroRNAs (miRNA) are noncoding RNAs that post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression. Their altered expression and function have been observed in most urologic cancers. MiRNAs represent potential disease biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets. This study aimed to review and evaluate the evidence of miRNAs in prostate cancer (PCa), bladder cancer (BCa), and renal cancer. Methods A systematic review was performed using PubMed, Embase, ISI Web of Knowledge, CNKI, CBM and VIP to search for reports using strings for microRNA, non-coding RNA. cancer, prostate, bladder, and renal cancer. The studies on the role of miRNA in these urologic cancers were included. Results More than40miRNAs have been implicated in urologic cancer and many target common carcinogenic pathways. In particular, apoptosis avoidance, cell proliferation. epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, angiogenic signalling, and the generation of androgen independence are targeted or facilitated by more than one miRNA. Novel therapeutic strategies have been developed and are under investigation to selectively modulate miRNAs; such work would potentially enable personalised tumour therapy. Conclusion MiRNAs appear to be important modulators of urologic cancer. Their expression is frequently altered in these tumours, and many are functionally implicated in their pathogenesis. They require evaluation to determine the translational role and therapeutic potential for this knowledge. Objective Township hospitals of western underdevelopment regions that are facing a shortage of talent, lack of technology and an effective fundamental business model currently, so it’s urgent to establish an effective fundamental business model and staff training&incentive system. Discovering the current situation of fundamental business and staff training&incentive in Xintian central township hospitals through focus interview and surveying, according to related policy an theoretical research, we aim to provide a suitable model and staff training&incentive system for underdevelopment regions for resolving the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment", and playing a demonstration role for the township hospitals of underdevelopment regions of the nation. Methods Trialling in Xintian Central township hospitals of Lintao county in Gansu Province. discovering the current situation and problem of fundamental business and staff training&incentive through focus interview, then setting up fundamental business model preliminary according to the actual local situation and carrying it out. Staff training&incentive of township hospitals of underdevelopment regions:①Increasing the intensity of on-the-job training, aiding further education.②Improving related policies, working environment, the welfare and security policy.③Recruitting talent, improving staff configuration.
