Objective Comparing the influence of different treatments、clinical stage、tissue differentiation、cervical stroma infiltration、lymph node metastasis oncervical cancer survival rate for five-years, discuss different treatment on theclinical curative effect of cervical cancer Ⅰ B period。Methods Retrospective analysis in January2001-December2006ShanxiProvince tumor hospital retrospectively the clinical data of1197patients withcervical cancer. Using SPSS16.0statistical analysis software, using two samplerate X2test, P <0.05, difference have statistical significance.Comparing differenttreatments, clinical stage, tissue differentiation, deep cervical stroma infiltration, lymph node metastasis impact on prognosis.Results1197patients of5year survival rate was79.1%, including Ⅰb1period80.7%,Ⅰ b2period by76.4%;Surgery alone、postoperation radiotherapy/postoperative chemotherapy、postoperative chemoradiation of5year survivalrate were83.7%,65.3%and81.1%;Including Ⅰ b1period of5years survivalrate were83.1%、66.7%、88.2%,Ⅰ b2period were85.1%,64.3%and78.9%。The high、middle and low differentiation overall5-year survival ratewere100%,81.7%and70.1%respectively,the middle differentiation among theⅠb1period of5-year survival rate was81.3%,Ⅰb2period was84.2%;the lowdifferentiation among the Ⅰb1period of5-year survival rate was74.5%,Ⅰb2period was67.4%。Interstitial infiltrates>2/3of5-year survival rate was71.9%,Ⅰ b1period74.7%, Ⅰ b2period by66.3%;2/3of5-year survivalrate was92.6%,Ⅰ b1period93.4%, Ⅰ b2period by91.5%。Lymph nodemetastasis positive and negative for the5-year survival rate was57.7%,84.1%respectively,Ⅰ b1period of positive and negative of5-year survival rate was56.1%、85.1%respectively;Ⅰ b2period of positive and negative of5-yearsurvival rate was59.3%、82.3%respectively;Squamous cell carcinomas overall5-year survival rate was81.0%,Ⅰb1period82.5%,Ⅰb2period by78.3%;adenocarcinoma overall5-year survival rate was36.2%,Ⅰb1period36.0%,Ⅰb2period by36.4%;squamous adenocarcinoma overall5-year survival rate was69.2%,Ⅰb1period60%,Ⅰb2period by100%。Conclusion: Clinical staging are the important factors influencing the prognosisof cervical cancer, the higher the clinical stage, the worse prognosis。Lymphnode metastasis, tissue differentiation, deep cervical stroma infiltration and pathological types are cervical cancer risk factors of poor prognosis.Postoperative chemoradiation for patients with high risk factors of cervicalcancer curative effect to be sure。...
