Objective Lika Ting joint TACE of HCC patients, Evidence-based care and routine care to observe compare two methods of care status of patients with anxiety, quality of life and efficacy to explore the clinical value of the evidence-based care.Methods232cases of liver cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group (112cases) and control group (120cases).The experimental group was given the evidence-based care, control group received routine care, care for two weeks after the evaluation the two groups of patient care before and after the SAS score, HAMA score, SQLS and clinical efficacy.Results1.Comparison of SAS score:the experimental group before and after the evidence-based nursing SAS scores were65.63±19.40and47.51±15.63, paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.01). control group patients in routine care before and after the SAS scores were64.41±18.54and59.02±14.35, paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients in the experimental group of evidence-based nursing after SAS score was47.51±15.63, Patients in the control group routine care after SAS score was59.02±14.35,paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.01). Patients in the experimental group of evidence-based nursing after the total effective rate was83.9%,Patients in the control group routine nursing care after the total effective rate was71.7%, χ2test showed statistical significance (P<0.05).2.Comparison of HAMA score:the experimental group before and after the evidence-based nursing HAMA scores were10.47±3.68and8.67±2.65, respectively, paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.01). control group patients in routine care before and after the HAMA scores were10.34±3.54and9.61±2.78, paired t test showed no statistical significance (P>0.05). Patients in the experimental group of evidence-based nursing after HAMA score was8.6±2.65,Patients in the control group routine care after HAMA score was 9.61+2.78,paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.05).Patients in the experimental group of evidence-based nursing after the total effective rate was86.6%,Patients in the control group routine nursing care after the total effective rate was75%,χ2test showed statistical significance (P<0.05).3.Comparison of SQLS score:the experimental group before and after the evidence-based nursing SQLS scores were70.67±13.78and81.51±15.14, paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.01). control group patients in routine care before and after the SQLS scores were71.34±15.04and76.52±14.23, paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients in the experimental group of evidence-based nursing after SQLS score was81.51±15.14,.Patients in the control group routine care after SQLS score was76.52±14.23,paired t test showed statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients in the experimental group of evidence-based nursing after the total effective rate was81.3%,Patients in the control group routine nursing care after the total effective rate was69.2%, x2test showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly ease the Lika Ting combined with TACE for HCC patients with anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical efficacy and clinical value.
