Patients aged40-49years had highest scores on the subscales of avoidance, hypervigilance and the total score of PCL-C. There were no differences among patients with other general information on the total score of PCL-C and scores on subscales.3. Patients who received the first postoperative chemotherapy had the highest total score of PCL-C and scores on avoidance\numbness, re-experience, and hypervigilance subscales. The less of chemotherapy treatment course the patients received, the most serious of PTSD and the three symptoms.4. The severity of overall and each adverse effects of chemotherapy were positive related with the total score and subscale score of PCL-C.5.
