Objective:This study collected52cases of patients withgastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Through observation of the efficacy of Weisu Granules combined with Western medicine for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome), and compared with the Simple application of the efficacy of Western medicine to treat the disease, to understand whetherthe Weisu Granules combined Western medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has a better effect than the simple application of western medicine, and to provide a better solution for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:This study selected52cases of gastroenterologyclinic cases of Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military, including30males and22females, ages is42-70.Were divided into experimental group of26people,16men and10women, including6cases of nonerosive reflux disease and20cases of reflux esophagitis; Control groupof26people,14men and12women, including4casesof nonerosive reflux disease and22cases of reflux eso phagitis. Meet within the science of the Seventh Editionof The Standard Textbook on the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease, as well as the Guiding Principlesof New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research on the diagnosis of "Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome ".And the exclusion of drug-induced esophagitis fungal esophagitis, erosive esophagitis, immune-related lesions of the esophagus, and esophageal cancer. The two sets ofdata are in line with the inclusion criteria. The abovetwo sets of data meet the screening criteria. Genders and ages of the two groups of patients are roughly the same by statistical analysis, In other words, the difference was no statistical significant (P>0.05). The experimental group was given Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules20mg orally2times/day, Mosapride Citrate Tablets5mg orally3times/day, Weisu Particles,5g3times/day; control group given Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules20mg orally2times/day, Mosapride Citrate Tablets5mg orally3times/day.The treatment lasted4weeks. Take the questionnaire before treatment and after4weeks of treatment to fill out the questionnaire, the extent and frequency of the onset of symptoms in patients with registration and give the corresponding score. Patients with reflux esophagitis review electronic gastroscope after4weeks of treatment. Through clinical observation, to determine patient outcomes in clinical diagnostic efficacy standards under the Guiding Principles of New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research. Results:After four weeks of treatment, a significant improvement in the two groups of symptoms and esophageal mucosal repair condition than before. The total effectiverate of the experimental group in symptoms was92.31%,control group was84.62%. Esophageal mucosa repair, the total effective rate of the experimental group was75.00%,control group was68.18%. It was showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher thanthat of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Symptom score improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome), western medicine plus proprietary Chinese medicine "Weisu particles"can better improve the clinical symptoms.
