Chronic atrophic gastritis is the gastric mucosal epithelium and gland atrophy,accompanied by intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia of chronic disease. Ifchronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and gland hyperplasia, has thepossibility of canceration. At present, the average incidence of atrophic gastritis is ashigh as13.8%, its local characteristics is very obvious, in these areas prone to cancer ofthe stomach, bowel transformation of atrophic gastritis to gastric cancer has the highestincidence reached29.7%. Most researchers believe that environmental factors in theincidence of atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer plays a main role, including dietaryfactors (people like eating salted fish and pickled vegetables and seafood, etc.) areparticularly important.Research purposes: the zhoushan main island and daishan island residents in recentyears, gastric mucosa biopsy pathology analysis, summarized in patients with age, gender,degree of HP infection, intestinal disease characteristics, with hyperplasia, im looking forthe relationship of atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer. Gastritis high age group, in turn,is41-60years old group>21-40years old group>61-80-year-old group>0-20-year-old group.486cases of gastric cancer, twice as many men as women come on; Highprevalence of41-60years of age. This data suggests that island residents of intestinaltype of gastritis and gastric cancer incidence in men may related to such factors as theenvironment and eating habits.2.Denominated in animal model studies show: five, according to the results of theexperiments island dietary factors related to the degree of the pathological changes ofgastric mucosal injury induced a heavier to light is in turn: metamorphic shrimp crabgroup> fish innards> fish bile pollution diet group, compared with those of other groupsof seafood food collocation grows the most healthy mice group, its ability to reproduce.Reasonable collocation and edible protein in a right way of seafood products, canenhance physical fitness.3.An immunohistochemical study of atrophic gastritis with all ages of mild,moderate, severe intestinal RUNX3expression, found that as the degree of bowel isaggravating, RUNX3loss of tumor suppressor genes, the more obvious; Moleculeexpression of pcna ki67reaction is closely related to cell cycle, in poorly differentiatedtumor tissues of ki67expression was much higher than good tumor tissue differentiation,prompt with the degree of malignant tumor and tumor invasion, metastasis andprognosis.
