Objective:Discussion on the correlation between the plasma triglyceride(TG) and resting heart rate(RHR),blood pressure(BP),high-density lipoprotein(HDL) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) in different age groups elderly. Methods:Totally data of4128cases of population who did physical examination at Sichuan Province People’s Hospital Medical Center, from September2011to May2012.Collect the examination results of age, gender, family history, drug history, TG, RHR, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),HDL and LDL about them. According to the standard of data screening,3801cases were included, male2125,female1676.By age level, every10-year-old program as a group, all the data were divided into three groups:young-aged elderly group(ages60~69years old),middle-aged elderly group(ages70~79years old) and the old-elderly group(more than80years old). Then divided two groups in each group according to the sex of male and female. Use SPSS19.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between TG and RHR, SBP, DBP, LDL, and a negative correlation between TG and HDL in each group, and there were differences among those correlations. Groups under the age of80, the order of the correlation of TG level and variables was: lipoprotein(HDL,LDL)>blood pressure(SBP,DBP)>RHR. Among them, groups of middle-aged elderly female and old-elderly men was LDL>HDL, and other groups were HDL>LDL; Groups of young-aged elderly and old-elderly was DBP>SBP, and other groups were SBP>DBP. While, with age, in old-elderly group over80years, the order of the correlation of TG level and variables was:lipoprotein (HDL,LDL)>RHR>blood pressure(SBP,DBP).2.Mutiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that there were different variables into the regression equation in each group after the exclusion of other confounding factors. The order of the correlation between TG and those variables into the regression equation was:group of young-aged elderly male HDL(r=-0.498,p<0.01)>LDL(r=0.463,P<0.01)>DBP(r=0.369,p<0.01),group of young-aged elderly female HDL(r=-0.533,P<0.01)>LDL(r=0.376,P<0.01)>SBP(r=0.348,P<0.01);middle-aged elderly male HDL(r=-0.539,P<0.01)>LDL(r=0.392,P<0.01)>SBP(r=0.336,P <0.01),middle-aged elderly female LDL(r=0.491,P<0.01)>SBP(r=0352,P<0.01);old-elderly male LDL(r=0.548,P<0.01)>HDL(r=-0.516,P<0.01)>RHR(r=0.375,P<0.01), old-elderly female only HDL(r=-0.398,P<0.01) into the regression equation. Illustrate different age of the elderly, different variables correlated with TG levels. Conclusions:TG levels have correlation with RHR, BP, HDL and LDL in different age elderly, and these correlations were difference. So, when we concerned the cardiovascular risk taken by high TG and other lipid disorders about elderly, we should taken into account the changes in BP and RHR at the same time, and different ages have different priorities. |
