Objective:By means of immune enhancement therapy treatment and prognosis ofglioma patients with follow-up contrast, study the method and clinical curativeeffect and significance. Using allogeneic NK cells in vitro culture to losetreatment methods17cases of glioma patients and19cases of radiation andchemotherapy patients prognosis research comparison, by comparing thequality of life, glioma recurrence rate and mortality rate, further explore theglioma immune enhancement treatment curative effect. Methods:Collect cases confirmed by clinical and pathologic surgical resection ofglioma in63cases, according to the subsequent treatment is divided into twogroups: the immune enhancement of17cases of treatment group, radiation andchemotherapy group (19cases). All immune enhancing treatment grouppatients were treated in postoperative1week or so. Patients using linealrelatives healthy blood, separation and extraction of monocytes, preparationinto NK cells back to lose after treatment, follow-up, compared two groupspatients quality of life, glioma recurrence rate and mortality, and carries on the numerical statistical analysis.Differences were statistically significant while P<0.05.Results:In the study of NK cells of CD3positive part of CD16+CD56+cellspurity as high as91.7%, is more advantageous to therapy. All accept the immune enhancement of patients during treatment and aftertreatment no obvious allergic reactions such as fever, skin rashes.16patientsduring treatment temperature is maintained at36.2℃~36.8℃, only1caseafter treatment in patients with elevated body temperature,37.4℃, the highestafter symptomatic treatment. No allergic skin rash, gastrointestinal discomfortand other symptoms.Immune enhancing treatment group patients with postoperative3months,6months and1year tumor recurrence rate was0%,11.7%,23.6%, and theradiation and chemotherapy group was10.5%,15.8%,26.3%. Two groups ofpatients6months, one year,3year survival rates were100%,82.3%,58.8%and94.7%,73.7%,42.1%.Conclusion:1、NK cells were found in the tumor tissues of gliomas can effectively killthe cells, inhibit tumor growth and spread.2、Allograft immune enhancing treatment for patients is very safe, and can more effectively play a role of NK cell killing.3、Immune enhancement therapy can improve the treatment of the patient’slife, in the aspect of control tumor recurrence, reduce tumor recurrence havecurative effect, become the new and effective treatment for glioma and othermalignant tumors.
