Objective:To present the value of hardware channel minimally invasivesurgery microscope treatment of the hypertensive cerebralbasal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods:We review the medical records on what is efficacy about thetreatment for84patients with hypertensive cerebral basalganglia hemorrhage between2010and2012.We divide them intotwo groups. normal craniotomy group and minimally invasivesurgery microscope treatment group. Lying on ScandinaviaStroke Scale criterion, we compare the efficacy between twogroups within30days after surgery. The content of efficacyincludes the complication probability, the relation of thebleeding volume before surgery and efficacy, the operative timeand cost.Results:1. The two groups were compared the efficiency and totalefficiency, the differences were significant (P<0.05).The bleeding volume before surgery is linear relation compared toefficacy. The more bleeding volume is. the poorer efficacy is.2. The complication probability in the minimally invasivesurgery microscope treatment group is lower than the normalcraniotomy group. The complication includes digestive ulcer, pulmonary infection, acute renal insufficiency, and secondarybleeding rate.3.The operative time of in the minimally invasive surgerymicroscope treatment group is shorter than another group.4The operative cost of in the minimally invasive surgerymicroscope treatment group is cheaper than another group.Conclusions:1. No matter how to choose operation ways, the more bleedingvolume is, the poorer prognosis is.2. The complications probability in the minimally invasivesurgery microscope treatment group is lower than the normalcraniotomy group. The complications include digestive ulcer, pulmonary infection, acute renal insufficiency, and secondarybleeding rate. 3. The minimally invasive surgery microscope treatment methodis simpler, cheaper, safer and more popular than another group.
