| With the increase of social ageing and elderly women, theage-related diseases has caused a high degree of concern of the wholesociety.. Endometrial carcinoma is one of the three malignant tumors infemale reproductivel tract, incidence worldwide is on the rise in recentyears, its incidence≥60years of age, but older women due to tissue andorgan function decline, increased medical complications, such ashypertension, diabetes, anesthesia and surgery poses a risk.Gynecological surgery, handled not properly, can deteriorate the patient’scondition and even death. With the increase of social ageing and elderlywomen, diseases of the elderly has attracted attention.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical characteristics of patients with endometrialcarcinoma during the perioperative period.MethodThree hundred and nine women of endometrial carcinoma whoadmitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University and underwentsurgery were analyzed retrospectively.One hundred and forty-eight casesof endometrial carcinoma associated with medical disorders were chosenas complication group.The other161cases without medical disorderswho admitted to our hospital during the same time were chosen ascontrol.ResultsAmong the148patients with medical disorders,the ordinarydisorders were hypertension in97patients,diabetes mellitus in52patients and coronary heart disease in12patients.Those patients with medicaldisorders were elder than the control(P<0.01).The medical disorders wereindependent of the operation scope、tumor stage、grade and pathologicalclassification(P>0.05).The post operative complications ratio of patientswith medical disorders was higher than the control(P<0.05).ConclusionThe endometrial carcinoma often associates with hypertension、diabetes mellitus、coronary heart disease and so on.The medical disordersmight affect the therapy to a certain degree.Complications must becontroled during the therapy,but they don’t affect the prognosissignificantly. |
