Objective:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a familiar clinicaldisease.The typical symptoms include angina,myocardialinfarction,heart failure,sudden death. The principle of clinicaltreatment is dilated coronary. The complications often occurafter the treatment of thrombolysis and dilate coronary,of whichthe most common is myocardial ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia.Single channel blocker drugs, primary current drugs treatment,often lead to new arrhythmia. We established the model ofmyocardial ischemia reperfusion (IR) in rats by injecting wenxinkeli combined with pueratin to observe the change ofelectrocardiogram, myocardial ATPase,myocardial superoxidedismutase(SOD) and methane dicarbonic aldehyde (MDA).Explore theeffect of wenxinkeli combine with pueration on arrhythmia duringmyocardial IR in rats.Method:50Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups:sham-operation;model group; western medicine control group;traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and traditionalChinese medicine+western medicine treatment group. In modelgroup, western medicine control group; traditional Chinesemedicine treatment group; traditional Chinese medicinetreatment+western medicine control group, rat’s left anteriordescending artery was ligated for30minutes,then reperfused for120minutes.In sham group, rats were threaded but not ligated.Electrocardiography(ECG) changes observed and recorded the S-T section、the duration of QRS and PR,blood and myocardial sampleswere taken later.Then we measured the levels of Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase of cardiac muscle and these of SOD、MDA in the blood plasma.Results:Compared with the model group, the levels of Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase of cardiac muscle were increased,andthe level of blood plasma SOD was increased、MDA in the blood plasmawas decreased of the three drug groups. The chang of ECG in threedrug groups were significantly changed. Compared with westernmedicine, traditional Chinese medicine and the combination oftraditional Chinese medicine and western medicine could enhancethe change of SOD, MDA and ATPase.Conclusion:1.Wenxinkeli–pueratin complex can injection can increase the activity of SOD in the plasma of rats and Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Mg2+-ATPase in Ischemia reperfusion of myocardialtissue in rats and decrease the content of MDA in the plasma ofrats.2. Wenxinkeli–pueratin complex injection could prolong theduration of QRS and PR,decrease the ST section.3. The combination of wenxinkeli and pueratin is moreeffective than propagenone on preventative aspect on myocardialischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia.
