ObjectiveTo analysis and explore recurrent Guillain-Barre syndrome, acuteonset of chronic Guillain-Barre syndrome cases.MethodsThis article has collected all the cases suffered from Guillain-Barresyndrome,who were attended to the second hospital attached toJilin University during August2005to March2013.After gatheringand analyzing all of the GBS cases,we choose3cases,which arediagnosed with GBS-TRF,A-CIDP,rCIDP,to be reported.Results3of the cases,in which the information is integritied,are separatelydiagnosed with GBS-TRF,A-CIDP and rCIDP.Conclusion1. Clinically,it is necessarily to discriminate AIDP, CIDP, rGBS,GBS-TRF and A-CIDP,so that the physicians could chose theproper therapy in time;2. Rachicentesis should be taken within the first week on thepatients who are suffered form recurrent GBS,as it is valuable fordifferentiate GBS-TRF form A-CIDP; 3. During gathering the medical history process of GBS patients,neurologists should pay attention to the medical history andmedicine being taken,which are helpful to notice the GBS-TRF.
