Objective: Analyse the proper time for operation and the long-termoutcome of the disease of acute calculous cholecystitis accompanied withacute pancreatitisMethod: Retrospectively analyse the36acute calculous cholecystitisaccompanied with acute pancreatitis patients hospitalized in theChina-Japan union hospital during2006June to2012December, whotook the operation of cholecystectomy, evaluate the treatment procedureof these patients.Results: Of the36patients in this group who suffered from acutecalculous cholecystitis accompanied with acute pancreatitis,28of themhad the operation in comparatively later time, they were treated withnon-operation methods first, taking the cholecystectomy when thesymptoms were relieved, all recovered well after the operation, no relapseof the pancreatitis occurred,8of them took the cholecystectomy soonafter they were hospitalized, they took longer time cured in hospital, andthe blood amylase decreased slower comparatively. Conclusion: When a patient is suffering from acute calculouscholecystitis accompanied with acute pancreatitis, focus on thenon-operational treatments to the cholecystitis and pancreatitis. Do theoperation under the condition that the body temperature and bloodamylase decrease back to normal (30-110U/L), a good long-term outcomecould be expected.
