The Curative Effect And Mechanism Of Pianzaihuang Capsule In EGFRI Associated Rash Patients

Objective:1)To observe the clinical efficacy on Pianzaihuang Capsule in EGFRI Associated Rash Patients;2)To observe the influence of serum TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6on Pianzaihuang Capsule in EGFRI Associated Rash Patients, and preliminary explore the mechanisms of Curative effect.Methods:Select60EGFRI Associated Rash Patients who were up to standard from December2011to December2012. Divide randomly into experimental group and control group, with each group30cases. The experimental group used Pianzaihuang Capsule, and the control group were not administered by any anti-dermatosis, and any anti-inflammatory drugs. Observe KPS, The rash situation and detect the values of TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6of peripheral blood with ELISA in the patients before and after4weeks treatment. Analyze by SPSS16.0statistical software.Results:1)Clinical Efficacy:①Symptom Improvement:the experimental group:3cases recovery(10.0%),23cases with therapeutic efficacy(76.7%), the total effective rate was86.7%; the control group:0cases recovery(0%),3cases with therapeutic efficacy(10.0%), the total effective rate was10.0%;while there was significant difference between2group(P<0.01).②he improved condition of life quality:After4weeks treatment, KPS significantly elevated in experimental group (P<0.01),while improvement was not so obvious in the control group (P>0.05),while there was significant difference between2group (P<0.05).2) The serum levels of TNF-α、IL-1β and IL-6:TNF-a significantly declined in experimental group (P<0.01), while there was significant difference between2group (P <0.01). IL-1β significantly declined in experimental group (P<0.01), while there was significant difference between2group (P<0.01). IL-6significantly declined in experimental group (P<0.01), while there was difference between2group (P<0.01)3) There was significant interrelation between the difference of3indexs (TNF-α、IL-1β、 IL-6) before and after the treatment and improvement of the clinical efficacy by the interrelated analysis. Conclusion:Pianzaihuang Capsule contribute to raise KPS and relieve clinical symptom; Pianzaihuang Capsule could decline TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6, and then restrained inflammation evolve, which was the way to make a curative effect.
