Objective:This topic through the phlegm-dampness constitution and non phlegm constitution with impaired glucose regulation of IR and the related risk factors:WC, BMI, WHR and serum obestatin, carries on the research analysis, to investigate the correlation between clinical features and TCM constitution type, inner relation body types and clinical features of resolution define prediabetes, in order to guide the way of life under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, actively carry out personalized prevention, early on weight control, reduce BMI, WC, WHR insulin resistance, reduce the occurrence, prevention of diabetes is important.Methods:1. According to the China Association of traditional Chinese medicine2009-04-09released "Chinese constitution classification and decision" standard, through the questionnaire, was used to assess the classification of impaired glucose regulation, and collection of phlegm-dampness constitution group60cases and non phlegm-dampness constitution group related clinical data of60cases.2.Determination of waist circumference, hip circumference impaired glucose regulation, blood glucose was measured with glucose oxidase method, electrochemical luminescence method measured fasting insulin, serum obestatin using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Comparison of phlegm-dampness constitution differences and non phlegm constitution type, and the related statistical analysis.Results:1.In this study, impaired glucose regulation, overweight and obese population accounts for41.7%, central obesity accounted for79.1%.2.Impaired glucose regulation in HOMA-IR between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), phlegm-dampness constitution group HOMA-IR was significantly higher than that of phlegm-dampness constitution group.3.Impaired glucose regulation in WC, BMI, WHR and HOMA-IR have correlation (P<0.05), and there was a significant correlation between phlegm-dampness constitution group; WC, BMI and WHR were higher than those of phlegm-dampness constitution group (P<0.05); there is correlation between phlegm-dampness constitution group WC, BMI and HOMA-IR (P<0.05), and positively correlated, no correlation between WHR and HOMA-IR (P>0.05); there was no correlation between phlegm-dampness constitution group and non WC, BMI, WHR and HOMA-IR (P>0.05).4.Impaired glucose regulation of serum Obestatin levels between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), phlegm-dampness constitution group serum Obestatin levels were significantly lower than the non phlegm-dampness constitution group.5.Impaired glucose regulation in BMI, WHR had no correlation with Obestatin (P>0.05); there is a correlation between WC, HOMA-IR and Obestatin regulation damaged sugar’(P<0.05), and had negative correlation. There is a correlation between HOMA-IR and Obestatin group of phlegm dampness constitution (P<0.05), but WC had no correlation with Obestatin (P>0.05); non phlegm-dampness constitution group WC, HOMA-IR and Obestatin were not correlated (P>0.05).6.Logistic regression results:partial regression coefficient physique was statistically significant at the0.05level (P<0.05), the corresponding OR=8.000, more than1, so that the phlegm-dampness constitution were independent risk factors of IGR patients. The relevant probability of phlegm-dampness constitution and the occurrence of IR was0.67, significantly higher than that of non phlegm dampness constitution.Conclusions:1.Impaired insulin resistance of phlegm-dampness constitution group was significantly higher than that of phlegm-dampness constitution group glucose regulation;2.Impaired glucose regulation and WC insulin resistance increased and the serum level of Obestatin decreased, and these factors in phlegm-dampness constitution group were higher than non phlegm-dampness constitution group, logistic regression analysis revealed that phlegm dampness constitution as impaired glucose regulation of insulin resistance independent risk factors. Therefore, according to the Chinese medicine theory, identification of residents physical type, personalized treatment, embodies the Chinese medicine "the person" theory, and early weight control,can be used as one of the methods of prevention of diabetes.
