| Objective:To study the clinical effect of the prescription of guyuling â…¡ with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA), The aim of the study was to verify clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of guyuling â…¡ on promoting fracture healing of the intertrochanteric fracturesof femur study treated by PFNA, and confer the mechanism of them through comparison of callus growth of the fracture Part, TCM symptoms and clinical observation, in order to offer basis on choosing the proper treatment method in clinic. Methods:From March2011to February2012,60cases of stable intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated in Fuzhou No.2hospital, who accorded with subsuming criterion. All the cases were divided into two groups randomly with the random number table,including30cases in the treatment group (PFNA+the prescription of guyuling â…¡), and30cases in the control group(PFNA).The common conditions, operative procedures, postoperative recovery and postoperative complications of the two groups were evaluated and compared. The treatment Periods of two groups were both8weeks. TCM symptoms, clinical observation and callus growth of the fracture part would be observed after treating.Result:1. TCM symptoms on the two groups compared to the4th,8th weeks were significant different, suggesting that guyuling â…¡ can much better improve the TCM symptoms of blood stasis and liver and kidney deficiency;2. The treatment group got better effort on callus growth of the fracture Part from the8th week;3. Two groups were effective in clinical effect of the fracture Part both, however the treatment group was better than the control group;4. There was Significant difference between the the treatment group and the treatment group at Harris hip score of4weeks,8weeks after operation between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The prescription of guyuling â…¡ can promote analgesia, detumescence and fracture healing;2.Prescription of guyuling â…¡ is very well with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) in older stable of intertrochanteric fractures.3.The operation invasion and postoperative function recovery of the prescription of guyuling â…¡ with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)is much better than PFNA in treating stable intertrochanteric fracture. |
