Purpose:This study observed diabetic osteoporosis (diabetic osteoporosis DOP) the characteristics of TCM syndrome factor, using the principle of syndrome factor differentiation to explore the diabetic patients with osteoporosis disease, disease of TCM syndrome factor characteristics, discuss diabetic osteoporosis syndromes characteristic, provide the basis for the syndrome of standardization, system for syndrome factor differentiation to enrich data; And watch the DOP partial deficiency syndrome and western medicine correlation between laboratory index, to provide the reference to clinical syndrome differentiation treatment. Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria, collected in patients’ name, gender, age, course of the disease, symptoms, signs and other general information; And western medicine index, body mass index, fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, bone mineral density, beta collagen degradation products, total collagen type I amino terminal extension of the peptide, active osteocalcin vitamin D, parathyroid hormone; Using the method of syndrome factor differentiation, and selected100cases of disease, illness syndrome factor characteristics; And through the objective indicators compared with part of deficiency syndrome, to observe part of the DOP patients with the relationship between the above-mentioned indicators.Results:1.A disease syndrome factor according to the frequency from high to low in turn for:kidney, spleen, liver, stomach, bones and muscles, channels and collaterals.2. The deficiency syndrome factor of frequency from high to low in turn to Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, jing kui, jin kui, blood deficiency, qi deficiency; Empirical frequency from high to low in turn is blood stasis, phlegm, dampness, heat, dryness and cold.3. Deficiency syndrome of frequency from high to low is:two of Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome, qi deficiency, Yang deficiency syndrome, jin kui, certificate.4.(1) Both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency syndromes BMI, FPG, HbAlc, BMI, FPG, HbAlc has significant difference (P<0.05).(2) Both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome of bone metabolism indexes are no difference.(3) Compared bone density of Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome with that of Yin deficiency syndrome (P<0.05), the former is higher than the latter; and the lumbar spine of those two groups was no significant difference. Conclusion:1) Kidney is the most important syndrome factor, which is closely linked with liver, spleen, stomach, and muscles.2) The two syndromes of Yin and Yang are the most important deficiency syndrome factors of DOP. The metabolic disorder of blood and body fluids plays an important role in the formation of DOP.3) Obese patients should pay more attention to the treatment of nourishing yin and tonifying yang; patients with Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome should strictly control blood sugar; measurement of femoral neck bone mineral density is more sensitive to reflect the bone density difference between the two syndrome types.
