Neurons electrical activity of primary motor cortex(M1) is closely related to muscle movement.The study of neuron activity rule of M1and its relationship with movement,as one of the focal field of movement in neural control mechanis,has important scientific significance in neurophysiology and has a high application value in guiding positioning of record electrode in BCI study.It is an important method,that applying primary cortical electrical stimulation to induce body movement,to confirm projection area of body movement in Ml. With the problem of low positioning accuracy.the method of electrical stimulation influence further research on M1neurons motion control mechanism.This paper established a kind of experimental method,that micro-area induced the electrical activity of neurons,and used it to study projection relation between electrical activity of neurons and movement muscular.Based on micro-area induced neurons electrical activity,this paper established a kind of Laboratory techniques and procedures to confirm relationship between M1and movement muscle.Micro-injecting penicillin or potassium chloride through fine silicon tube inserted into M1,and observing formlimb movement muscle characteristic-s of rats.With microelectrode array recording neurons electrical activity,This paper found neurons electrical activity recorded has certain delay and related with injection dose.Also,this paper found the upper arm and back muscles can be induced twitch,a-nd only a single muscle can be induced in given dose.Through positioning research in Ml projection area of the elbow joint movement,we roughly marked precision positioning area of the biceps brachi muscle at last.The experimental results suggest M1neuron activity is related with movement muscle fiber bundle. So a single neuron electrical activity is correlated to body complex movement and role of muscle fiber bundle corresponding neurons. Achievem-ent of this paper has important scientific significance in promoting the the neural control mechanism research of movement and brain-machine interface research.
