"Qianlieqingshuan" The Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome(Syndrome Of Stagnant Dampness-heat) Clinical Observation

Purpose:The "QIANLIEQINGSHUAN " bolt, in chronic prostatitis patients as the subjects, explore among QIANLIEQINGSHUAN bolt to medicine combined Prostate Tablets for chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (hot and damp stasis syndrome) clinical efficacy, safety and mechanism.Methods:Using randomized controlled clinical observation, observation group USES the "QIANLIEQINGSHUAN" bolt to drug treatment combined Prostate Tablets. Control group adopts the top QIANLIEANSHUAN bolt to drug treatment combined Prostate Tablets.Two groups were treated3course (30days) after observing two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral, the NIH-CPSI integral, EPS, the WBC count, EPS, lecithin corpuscle counting, two groups of symptoms improve the situation, and two groups of adverse reaction, evaluation of therapeutic effect. The clinical observations of60patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into observation group and control group30cases each. The distribution of the two groups in age, weight, duration had no significant difference in meaning.Results:After4weeks, the total effective rate:the observation group was86.7%, control group was73.3%,the comparison of the two groups after treatment, the TCM syndrome integral, the NIH-CPSI points, symptom improvement and comprehensive curative effect have significant difference, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01), the observation group were better than the control group.Conclusion:"QIANLIEQINGSHUAN " can significantly reduce the severity of clinical symptoms, can well improve the patient’s quality of life. Through the anus bolt to medicine for the treatment of chronic prostatitis (syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat) are safe, effective,and no adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion.
