Objective:To observe urodynamic alterations of patients with detrusor areflexia neurogenicbladder inolfactory ensheathing cell transplantation,and to analyse the relationships amongthem.Methods:①:ARTICIPANTS:2patients with advanced sacral-injured patients,9males and3females,mean age (31.7±10.2) years,mean disease duration (4.8±3.4) years;mplete in8cases,incomplete cases,cause of injury:car accidents,alls,atrogenic injured.②Cell cultureand identification:Take4to6months embryo induction medium (through the HospitalEthics Committee approval) of the olfactory bulb,fter stripping membrane mechanicalmanipulation,cultured in the presence of10%-15%fetal calf serum D/F-12Training liquid(GIBICO products) in,d after the purification of serum-free DMEM culture medium waschanged every3d semi-liquid1,ontinue to develop7-10d.Digestive cells and made intosingle cell suspension,he cell concentration of1×107/mL or so.The purified p75antibodiesin cultured cells selected for immunohistochemical taining,ositive for olfactory ensheathingcells,he purity of95%to98%.③Surgery and cell transplantation:reoperative routine MRI,according to MRI to determine the site of spinal cord lesions.Segmental lesions anesthesiaafter midline approach to remove the spinous process and lamina of the lesion,dura cut toexpose the spinal cord.With the operating microscope in the spinal cord and spinal cordlesions at the junction of the normal part of multi-point injection disposal of approximately100μL suspension of factory ensheathing cells,about1×106个olfactory ensheathing cells,tightly close the dura mater and suture layers.iven after surgery to stop bleeding,anti-infection treatment.④Functional evaluation:he same conditions in the downstream bya urodynamic study before and after surgery were compared before and after the change. Results:There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the urodynamicindices.Conclusion:Olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation improves bladder voiding dysfunctionobviously to contract the relaxed detrusor,crease vesical tension and produce a voidingeffect in patients with neurogenic bladder after pelvic fracture surgery.
